I received an email requesting authorization to process my payment; what should I do?
Answer
Credit and debit card authorizations are valid for 30 days after placing your order. If an item is out of stock for more than 30 days, we will email you to request reauthorization to charge the card used when placing your order.
To authorize the charge, please reply to our email giving your authorization.
Then, we will process your order and send you a confirmation email. We'll reach out to you several times, but if we don't hear back within 15 days, we'll assume you no longer want the order, and it will be canceled.
