I received an email that there's an issue with my order; what do I do?
If you received an email from us stating there's an issue with your payment or shipping information, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.
First, log in to your Pyramyd Air account. If you don't have an account, please visit our contact page to get in touch with us.
Once you're logged in, you can update your payment information by following these steps:
- Select 'My Orders' from the account menu in the top right corner of any page.
- Select 'Order Details' of the order you would like to update.
- Click 'Update Order' from the order details section.*
- Re-enter your payment information and click 'Update Billing Data.'
*Please note that this option is only available for orders that require your attention.
Once your order has been approved and ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
