Airsoft restrictions

Pyramyd Air can legally ship airsoft items to California, following California SB199.

This legislation requires airsoft guns to have specific colorings to distinguish them from real guns. It is the customer's responsibility to know and follow the laws of their state and local jurisdiction.

For airsoft guns configured as handguns, markings must include the following:

• A blaze orange ring on the barrel
• A fluorescent trigger guard
• A 2-centimeter fluorescent band around the pistol grip.

For airsoft guns configured as rifles or long guns, markings must include the following:

• A blaze orange ring on the barrel
• A fluorescent trigger guard
• A 2-centimeter fluorescent band around the pistol grip, buttstock, or magazine/clip
