Our industry-leading return policy and efficient return processing are our commitment to making your online shopping experience as convenient as possible. In addition, we utilize a return merchandise authorization (RMA) system to process your return within one day of it arriving back to us.

Exchange/Refund Policy
- You may return an inoperable item, along with its original packaging and any accessories, for a product refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- You may return any item in new condition (unused), along with its original packaging and any accessories, for a product refund within 60 days from the date of receipt.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

How to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization)
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers allow us to track your order throughout the return process and meet your expectations.

- Log in and navigate to the 'My Orders' section of your account.
- Select the 'Order Details' of the order that you want to return.
- If your order is eligible, click 'Return or Replace Item.'
You will be re-directed to the return website. - Select the item(s) and reason for your return.
- Enter an eligible telephone number.
- Choose an eligible return shipping method* and return shipping date.
*If you receive a return label from PyramydAir, please affix it to the box and drop off the package at the nearest UPS facility. - Accept the Terms & Conditions and click 'Submit.'
- Write the RMA number on the outside of your return package to avoid any delays in the returns process.
- Pyramyd AIR will provide a pre-paid shipping label to US Customers for defective returns.

Due to current shipping policies, we are unable to provide return shipping labels to international customers.
However, if you have an eligible return, we will refund* your return shipping charges after you email us (support@pyramydair.com) a valid receipt of the charges.
*We reserve the right to review or deny any refund shipping charges. - Labels are provided during the self-return process, or we will email you a label when we reply to your return request.
- Return shipping labels expire 10-days after being issued.
Please keep the tracking number until you receive your refund or exchange. - Labels are only provided once, and agents cannot provide additional labels if yours expires.

If you received your item as a gift or checked out as a guest, please email us (support@pyramydair.com) with your order number in the subject line.
We will respond with your RMA number and return instructions within 24 hours*.
*Weekends and holidays excluded.
Where is my refund?
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method. We process refunds on returned items within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
- Weekends and holiday processing times will vary.
- It may take additional time before your refund is processed during busy holiday seasons.
- If a refund cannot be processed back to your original payment method, we will issue a check refund and mail it to the address we have on file.
- Orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or paid for using PayPal or Affirm, see refunds credited back to the original merchant, who then issues the refund back to your original payment method.
