Our industry-leading return policy and efficient return processing are our commitment to making your online shopping experience as convenient as possible. In addition, we utilize a return merchandise authorization (RMA) system to process your return within one day of it arriving back to us.

Exchange/Refund Policy
You may return an inoperable item, along with its original packaging and any accessories, for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt.
You may also return any item in new, unused condition, along with its original packaging and accessories, for a refund within 60 days from the date of receipt.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

How to Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Why Do I Need an RMA?
An RMA number helps us track your return and ensures the process goes smoothly, allowing us to meet your expectations.
To obtain an RMA number from your customer account:
- Log in and go to the "My Orders" section of your account.
- Select "Order Details" for the order you wish to return.
- If eligible, click "Return or Replace Item."
- You will be redirected to the return website.
- Select the item(s) and provide a reason for your return.
- Enter a valid telephone number.
- Choose an eligible return shipping method and return shipping date.
- If you receive a return label from Pyramyd AIR, affix it to your package and drop it off at the nearest UPS facility.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and click "Submit."
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package to avoid delays.

U.S. Customers: Pyramyd AIR will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of inoperable items.

International Customers: Please note, we are unable to provide return shipping labels to international customers due to current shipping policies. However, if you have an eligible return, we will refund your return shipping charges once you email us a valid receipt at support@pyramydair.com.
Refunds for return shipping charges are subject to review and may be denied. -
Important:
- Return labels are valid for 10 days after being issued.
- Keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
- Labels are only issued once; expired labels cannot be reissued.

Guest Checkout Returns:
If you placed your order as a guest or received your item as a gift, please email support@pyramydair.com with your order number in the subject line. We’ll reply with your RMA number and return instructions within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Where Is My Refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we process your return. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, or busy seasons.
If we’re unable to process a refund to your original payment method, we will issue a check refund and mail it to the address we have on file.
For orders placed through Amazon, eBay, or paid with PayPal or Affirm, refunds will be credited back to the original merchant, who will then issue the refund back to your original payment method.
