How the Manufacturer's Warranty Differs from the Purchased Warranty/Service Contract

Our return policy covers the first 30 days for inoperable items and 60 days for unwanted items. Within this period, customers can work directly with us for either a replacement or a refund, as per our return policy.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
The manufacturer’s warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer. Customers will need to follow the manufacturer’s instructions for sending the product in for repair or to obtain necessary parts. Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty may involve additional costs such as shipping and labor charges. This warranty may not be transferable and begins from the date of shipment.
Service Contract:
A service contract comes into effect once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. It is non-transferable and stays with the original purchaser. Customers will need to work with the service contract provider (Warrantech) for any repairs or services under the contract.
